Fuji Rock
Allowed items
Fuji Rock's official FAQ bans bottled and canned drinks from the venue outright, even packed in a cooler, so bring a thermos or hard reusable bottle instead. Tents, sunshades, tarps, and parasols are barred from the general venue too — added after abandoned gear started eating up shared space in past editions — and while a mat or folding chair is fine to carry in, it can't reserve your spot once you walk away, and both are banned entirely inside the Red Marquee, right in front of any stage's sound or lighting tower, the mosh pit, and the Kids Forest. Umbrellas are banned everywhere on-site including the campsite for the same sightline-and-wind reason, and sound-recording equipment is barred too. Japanese festival etiquette is real: pack to carry out your own trash and keep your camp footprint small.
Use the official policy
Entry, bag, camping, and vehicle policies can be updated before an edition. Open the official source close to departure and make your own packing decision from that current policy.
Do not plan around loopholes
We do not publish prohibited-item workarounds. When an item is unclear, leave it out or contact the event directly.
