Tomorrowland enforces separate rule sets for the festival grounds and for DreamVille, and the app has the current specifics — don't pack against last year's numbers. What's consistent year to year: anything too big to carry comfortably belongs in a locker rather than your bag, and lockers exist both on the festival site during opening hours and inside DreamVille around the clock.

Do not plan around loopholes
