Belgian summer is mild but unreliable: mid-20s°C sunshine one day, steady rain the next, and the ground at DreamVille turns soft fast once showers hit. It swings the other way too — the 2026 edition opened under a Code Orange wildfire alert after weeks of drought, dry enough that local authorities banned the festival's own fireworks for the first time over weekend one. Pack for both ends: a rain layer and real sun protection, not just whichever forecast you saw last.

On the grounds, only small backpacks or bags clear the gate (no medium or large ones), outside food and drink are barred entirely, deodorant and perfume are capped at 100ml, and semi-professional camera gear gets turned away with the usual weapons, drones, and fireworks. DreamVille is looser: bring your own food freely, plus up to six cans of alcohol and six cans or bottles of soda or energy drink per person (50cl max each) and all the sealed water you want. Power banks and chargers are fine up to 30,000mAh — above that, along with generators, gas burners, and small barbecues, stays in the car. Can I pay with cash at Tomorrowland?
